1. Shipping methods
We ship by sea (FCL or LCL containers), air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), or rail (China–Europe). For runs under 200 finished units, air courier is usually fastest and cheapest landed. For 1,000+ units, sea is dramatically more economical despite longer transit.
We quote freight as an option on every quote — you can choose to use our forwarder or arrange your own pickup ex-works (EXW) from our Shenzhen warehouse.
2. Lead times after production
Door-to-door transit from Shenzhen to most major hubs: DHL/FedEx/UPS air courier — 3 to 7 business days. China-to-Europe rail — 22 to 28 days. Sea freight (FCL) to US West Coast — 18 to 25 days, to US East Coast — 28 to 35 days, to EU main ports — 32 to 40 days. Sea (LCL) typically adds 5 to 10 days for consolidation.
3. Customs, duties & taxes
Quotes are typically priced FOB Shenzhen unless you ask for DDP (delivery duty paid). For FOB shipments you are responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
We provide all standard documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin (if requested), and CE/EN71/ASTM test reports for the products inside.
4. Damage in transit
All shipments are insured up to invoice value through our forwarder. If your shipment arrives with visible carton damage, photograph it before opening, note 'damaged' on the courier's POD, and contact us within 7 calendar days. We file the carrier claim and replace damaged units at our cost.
For damage discovered after opening (single broken figures, paint scuffs from transit), photograph and email us within 14 days of delivery. Standard remedy is replacement units shipped with your next order, or a credit applied to that next order — your choice.
5. Returns
Custom-made resin figures are non-returnable for buyer's-remorse reasons (we made them specifically for you and cannot resell them). Returns are accepted only for: defects we missed at QA, mis-painting against the approved master sample, missing units, or wrong product entirely. In those cases we replace at our cost on the next available production cycle, typically within 15 working days of confirmation.
6. Warranty
Our hand-painted resin figures are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of delivery. Normal wear, mishandling, drops, exposure to direct sunlight, or display in high-humidity environments are not covered. Spare-parts service (replacement bases, accessories) is available on request for repeat clients.
