1. Use of this website
You may browse, share, and reference content on resin-factory.com freely for non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission. You may not use the site or our contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, harassment, or unlawful content.
2. Quote inquiries are non-binding
Submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not create a contract. Quotes we provide are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Production begins only after a written purchase order is signed by both parties and the deposit (typically 30% of the order value) is received.
3. Intellectual property
Any artwork, sketches, 3D files, brand assets or character IP you share with us remains your property. We will not reuse, modify, license, or display your IP without written consent. Sample physical figures we ship to you are yours.
Conversely, the photos, illustrations, written content and brand identity on resin-factory.com are owned by Shenzhen Heli Toys Co., Ltd. — you may not reproduce them in your own marketing without permission.
When we sculpt or design something custom for your order, you own the rights to the design (subject to your IP being yours to begin with). We retain the right to keep behind-the-scenes process photos for our own portfolio unless you explicitly opt out.
4. Production, delivery & defects
Production timelines we quote are working-day estimates based on standard complexity. Significant scope changes mid-production may extend the timeline; we will always communicate this in writing.
Hand-painted resin figures are inspected piece-by-piece before packing. Acceptable variation between hand-painted units is part of the product — Pantone-perfect uniformity is achievable but requires a discussion at quote stage. We replace defective units (paint flaws, broken pieces, missing accessories) at our cost when reported within 30 days of delivery.
5. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any order is capped at the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to missed sales windows, delayed product launches, or third-party retailer cancellations beyond our control.
6. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute we cannot resolve amicably will be referred to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shenzhen sub-commission, with proceedings in English.
