1. What we collect
When you submit a quote inquiry through our contact form, we collect: your name, company name, work email, phone (optional), the product type and quantity you're interested in, your project message, and any reference files you attach. We also automatically log your IP address and the language version of the site you used, for spam-prevention and analytics purposes.
We do not collect or store payment information through this site. Any payment-related conversation happens by email or signed contract after we've spoken with you.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and (if you become a client) manage your project. We may follow up by email if we believe a new product or service is directly relevant to a previous inquiry — you can opt out of these by replying with 'unsubscribe.'
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with marketing platforms.
3. Where your data lives
Inquiry emails are stored on Hostinger's email servers (henry@resin-factory.com inbox). Our website is hosted with Hostinger. We do not run a separate database of contact records — your inquiry email IS the record.
We retain inquiry emails for up to 5 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics tool. The only cookie our site may set is a session cookie required for the language preference, and it expires when you close your browser.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email henry@resin-factory.com with your request. We respond within 5 working days.
If you're located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change how we collect or use data, or when the law requires it. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
