We start at 100 units for hand-painted resin figures. Below that we can still help with a one-off prototype, but per-piece cost rises sharply since the mold setup is the same regardless of run size.

Typical timeline from approved 3D sculpt to first shipment is 28–35 working days. Sculpting itself adds 5–10 days depending on complexity. We send weekly photo updates so you always know where your batch is.

Yes — fully free, no obligation, no IP transfer until you place a production order. We deliver a 360° turntable render and (on request) one printed physical proof at our cost. We absorb this because it's the cheapest way for both sides to discover whether your project is a fit.

Yes. We test the resin, paints and packaging in accredited labs (SGS / Intertek) for CE, EN71-1/2/3, ASTM F963 and REACH. Test reports are included in your shipment so retail buyers can audit them.

Standard terms: 30% deposit to lock the production slot, 70% balance before shipment. We accept wire transfer (T/T), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and PayPal for sample-stage payments. For repeat clients we extend net-30 terms after the third order.

Yes. We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air (DHL/FedEx/UPS), or rail (China–Europe). For runs under 200 units, air courier is usually most economical. We handle export documentation, HS codes, and country-of-origin certificates.

We sign client NDAs as a default — your sculpts, art and IP stay protected. We never reuse a custom-sculpted figure for another client, and we destroy molds on request when a production cycle ends.

Of course. We host client visits year-round, and have hosted production walk-throughs for buyers from 25+ countries. Send us your dates and we'll arrange airport pickup, hotel recommendations, and a one-day tour of sculpt → mold → cast → paint → pack.
